A 2010 survey carried out for the first time by Pharmexx involving a total of around 700 clients in 14 countries has shown positive trends: Whilst 94% of clients are generally satisfied with the services the Group offers, every fourth client questioned praised the services they were asked about highly. Furthermore, 93% of clients would recommend Pharmexx as a service provider and would be happy to use the company again themselves. Clients found the close contact with Pharmexx contact people one of the particularly positive aspects, as well as the good understanding Pharmexx has of the individual requirements of each business.
The aim of the survey, which is to take place every year from now on, was to enable the Pharmexx Group to work even more closely with their clients and cater for their needs. In order to do this, both globally and on a more local scale the service portfolios will be custom-designed for each company and the processes will be further optimised. The goal is to continue the success of collaborations with existing clients and develop long-term partnerships with them, as well as attracting and serving as many new customers as possible.
As answering the survey was rewarded with a small incentive, the survey has raised over 2,000 Euros which will be donated to the children’s hospital in Heidelberg, “Help for Haiti” and “Médecins Sans Frontières/Ärzte ohne Grenzen” (Doctors without Borders).
